We publish fixed fees rather than quoting on request. A Claude Cowork setup is $3,500 AUD and live in about a week. A Claude Code rollout for an engineering team starts from around $10,000 AUD. Multi-team implementations run from around $8,000. Anything broader starts with a two-week Discovery engagement, because quoting a program before seeing the processes is guesswork with a number on it.
The licence cost is the small part. What decides whether automation pays for itself is how long it takes to get one workflow genuinely working, which is the thing we sell.
What we will tell you not to automate
Processes that change every month, because you would be rebuilding continuously. Anything where the input is a conversation rather than a document. Approvals that carry real financial or legal consequence, which should keep a human in the loop by design rather than by accident. And any process nobody formally owns — that one cannot be changed by software, only by a decision.

How long does it take to automate a business process?
A single well-understood workflow is usually live in one to two weeks. A first production automation with real integration into your accounting software, CRM or email is typically four to eight weeks. The build is rarely what takes the time — agreeing what the process actually is, and who signs off on what runs unattended, usually is.
Is AI automation safe for financial or customer data?
It can be, with the same controls you would apply to any tool with data access: scoped permissions rather than whole-drive access, approval gates on anything customer-facing, and written rules for what runs without a human. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans Anthropic does not train its models on your data by default. There is no Australian data residency for the consumer and Team products today — API-level AU residency exists via AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex and Microsoft Foundry, which is a different build. If you are under an APRA, ASIC or Privacy Act obligation, that decision comes before the build, not after.
What is the difference between AI automation and traditional automation?
Traditional automation follows rules you write in advance and breaks when the input changes shape. AI automation handles variable input — an invoice laid out differently, an email phrased unusually — but is probabilistic, so it needs review gates where being wrong is expensive. Most real systems use both: rules where the process is deterministic, models where it is not.
Do you serve businesses outside Sydney and Melbourne?
Yes. We are Sydney-based and run in-person sessions locally. Everywhere else in Australia works remotely over screen-share, which is how most engagements run, with identical deliverables and fees. New Zealand businesses work with us on the same remote basis, billed in AUD.
